Advertisement Policy for Advocates and External Parties

The Lucknow Bar Association (LBA) offers the opportunity for advocates and external parties to showcase advertisements on the LBA website, subject to approval and compliance with the following guidelines:

• Advertisement Submission: Any advocate or external entity wishing to place an advertisement on the LBA website must first submit the advertisement for review and approval. The content must comply with the ethical guidelines and standards set by the LBA and the Bar Council of India.
• Approval Process: All advertisements will be reviewed by the LBA’s Governing Committee members. The advertisement will only go live once it has received formal approval from the Committee. LBA reserves the right to reject any advertisement that does not meet its standards or is deemed inappropriate.
• Advertisement Duration: Once approved, the advertisement will be displayed on the website for the agreed duration or until the Committee decides otherwise. Duration and placement details will be provided during the approval process.
• No Refund or Return Policy: Once an advertisement has been approved and is live on the website, there will be no refund or return for any fees paid. The payment is final and non-refundable, regardless of the duration the ad is live or any changes to the website.
• Content Restrictions: Advertisements must not contain content that violates laws, promotes illegal activities, or goes against the ethical standards of the legal profession. The LBA reserves the right to remove any advertisements that violate these conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Advertisement Format and Size: Advertisers must adhere to the format and size restrictions provided by the LBA website. Failure to comply with these specifications may result in the refusal of the advertisement.
• Liability: The LBA does not take responsibility for the content, claims, or legality of the advertisement. Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring that their advertisements comply with applicable laws, including intellectual property laws.
