Shipping Policy

1. Responsibility for Delivery

The Lucknow Bar Association will make every reasonable effort to ensure timely and secure delivery of ID Cards, letters, notices, and other official correspondence. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays, damages, or mishaps that may occur during the shipping or delivery process.

2. Exclusion of Liability

The Lucknow Bar Association is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by factors outside our control, including, but not limited to, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, shipping carrier delays, or incorrect address details provided.

3. Environmental & Disaster-related Damage

In the event of a disaster or environmental event, such as floods, fires, earthquakes, or other unforeseen circumstances, any damage to shipments is not covered under our shipping policy. We advise recipients to monitor the shipping status regularly and report any concerns promptly.

4. Shipping Details

We encourage all members to double-check the accuracy of their provided shipping information to avoid potential delays. Inaccurate or incomplete address details may result in a delay or failed delivery attempt.

5. Delivery Times

The expected delivery timeline is subject to the efficiency of third-party carriers. While we strive for timely dispatch, there may be instances where shipments are delayed beyond our control.

6. Claims

Any concerns regarding the delivery of your items should be reported to our office immediately. However, please be advised that claims for shipping-related issues outside of our control may not be accepted.
